LENGTH OF PROCESSING TIME
Within 1-3 business days, all orders will be processed, verified, and shipped.
We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly addresses supplied by the customer, or unclaimed/refused packages. You may track your package using the supplied tracking number in your shipment confirmation email. If your order is lost through the mail through no fault of your own, please email us within 24 hours of expected delivery.

 
COST SHIPPING
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
 
 
HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?
Within 1-3 business days, all orders will be processed, verified, and shipped.
Once your order has been shipped, the estimated time of arrival is:
Canadian Orders:
1. Express mail 1-2 business days (Guaranteed within 2 business days). 

2. Canada Post standard shipping 5-7 business days or sooner.

3. Other local couriers 4-5 business days or sooner.

International Orders:
1. DHL/FEDEX international mail (7-14 business days)
 
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email that includes your tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your shipment. For international orders, Standard Airmail includes a customs form label number that can be used to locate your package, but is not an actual tracking number.
