Products must be in original packaging, unworn and unused. Must not smell like detergent or any other cleaning products.

Exchanges/Refunds
We neither accept exchanges nor issue refunds but will consider each request on its own merit. If, through no fault of your own, there is a discrepancy with the product that you received, please email us within 24 hours of receipt.  The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@ireign-prive.ca If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and correct it. Please do this within 5 days of receiving your product.
